How to create contact lists for outreach?

campaigns

1. Open “Campaigns” → “Contact Lists” → “Create List”

Use clear names for your lists so you don’t get confused once you have many of them

2. There are 3 ways to add contacts: manually, via CSV import, or by extracting them from chats

  • Option 1. Add Manually
    Enter @usernames or phone numbers (one per line), as shown in the example below

We recommend excluding bots to keep your outreach list more relevant
