How to work with the automation builder?

Let’s create an automated sequence that will work with your selected contact list.
For example: first message → 2-day delay → second message → etc.
This way, you only handle replies instead of manually messaging every lead
1. Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign → Sequence → and choose one of the following options:

From template — we created several ready-to-use sequences for you, so you can launch automations immediately without spending time learning the builder.
Just don’t forget to replace the template messages
Existing Sequence — if you already created sequences before, you can duplicate one instead of building everything from scratch

Create New — build your own sequence from scratch. Here’s how ↓
2. If you selected “Create New”

Start with the first message. This message will be sent to all leads in the selected contact list.
Click on the block to edit its content

We recommend using variables in your messages. Personalized messages get more replies.
For example, if you use the variable
{{income}}. First create anincomecolumn in your table and fill it with data for each lead. Then import the table as a CSV file. We explained CSV import and field mapping in step 2 of this guideYou can also add a fallback value:
{{income || fallback}}. This means that if theincomevalue is empty or invalid, a default universal version will be used instead.
You can also add Spintax — variations of words or phrases in your message. For example:
{Would be interesting|Would you like|If you see value}During sending, one of the options will be randomly selected. This means that 100 sent messages will all look slightly different, which reduces Telegram suspicion and positively affects account health

Advanced settings — if a message fails to send, you can configure retry attempts (recommended)
3. Next, you have multiple options for the following step

If you want to properly nurture leads, it’s worth messaging them 2-3 times. That’s why we recommend adding a delay before the second message (recommended: 2-3 days).
To change the delay duration, click on the step
4. Now you can send the second message
Click the + below the second step and choose “Message”. It’s important that the second message offers a different angle or value proposition — something that increases the chance of getting a reply
5. After the second message, you can add a condition

This condition can determine whether the third message should be sent. For example:
if the lead read your second message but didn’t reply → send one variation of the third message
if the lead didn’t read it → send a different variation
6. After the third message, you can add an action so the lead doesn’t get lost
For example, you can automatically add a reminder tag like: follow up in 3 months, if the lead didn’t respond.
All tags can be tracked inside the CRM. See the CRM guide for more details

This is just an example of a simple automation. Using the available blocks, you can build truly powerful workflows and save a huge amount of time on manual work
