How to create outreach campaigns?

1. Select “Create Campaign” and give it a clear name so you don’t get confused later
As an option, you can include {{Audience}}, {{Geo}}, and {{Start Date}} in the campaign name. For example: iGaming, UK, from 06.05.2026

2. Add the contacts who will receive the messages

You can add contacts from a previously created contact list (guide)
add them manually
import a CSV file
or extract (parse) users from a chat/group/channel
3. Create the automation sequence
We explained this in detail in this guide

4. Open “Settings” and add the accounts you’ll use for outreach

Daily limit shows how many messages per day can be sent from the selected account across ALL campaigns.
We recommend setting no more than 15 messages per day after the account has been properly warmed up (3+ weeks)
5. Set the sending schedule
We do not recommend selecting weekends as sending days. Respect your potential clients’ personal time
For sending hours, prioritize standard working hours
For the campaign timezone, we recommend selecting your leads’ timezone if you clearly know their location. This prevents messages from arriving at 11:45 PM. If you are unsure about the timezone, choose “Use account timezones”

6. Advanced account rotation settings

If you are sending messages from multiple accounts, you have several load distribution options:
Load balancing (recommended) — accounts that have sent the fewest messages are prioritized first. This helps distribute activity evenly and prevents accounts from sitting idle
Round robin — if all selected accounts have the same daily message limit, messages will be distributed evenly between them
Proportional to limit — accounts with higher daily limits automatically receive more contacts proportionally.
For example, if one account has a limit of 10 messages per day and another has 3, the first account will send approximately 77% of the total volume, while the second will send 23%
We also recommend enabling the option to stop unsent messages in the automation once a lead replies
7. Go to “Launch”, review your setup, and start getting new clients 🚀
